I wonder about life and about the Universe,

I wonder if to ponder such is really quite absurd?

I wonder about what’s gone before and what is yet to be,

I wonder about my nature and that of reality.

I wonder if others wonder, as often as I do?

Did their curiosity grow wrinkles, when out of childhood grew?

Can we suspend all judgments, of what we think we know?

And play in fields of consciousness from which new insights grow.

And bask in awe and amazement, of how magical life can be?

Because what follows those who wonder, is great discovery.

Of science, myth and legend, surely wondering plays its part,

And perhaps the sense of wonderment grants us access to our heart.

Maybe our need to wonder, for our minds to be unfurled,

Is one of the very greatest, wonders of the world.
